Tiferet Labs is an independent AI research group. Eliana is our flagship product — a cognitive-emotional AI companion designed to listen, understand, and respond with genuine care. We are a small team of researchers and developers, not a large corporation.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using our services.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Creating accounts under false identities or for deceptive purposes is not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. Notify us immediately at ezaz.ruxu@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or otherwise harm the service or other users.

Eliana is designed to be a thoughtful, emotionally intelligent companion. When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, harassing, or illegal content
• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak Eliana into producing content that violates these terms
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our systems
• Impersonate other people or entities
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code

To maintain service quality for all users and manage our infrastructure costs, we enforce daily usage limits. These include:

• A maximum number of messages per day per user
• A maximum number of active sessions per user
• A maximum message length of 2,500 characters

These limits reset daily at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. Users who consistently attempt to circumvent limits may have their accounts suspended.

You own the messages you send to Eliana. By using our service, you grant Tiferet Labs a limited license to process your messages solely for the purpose of generating responses and providing the service.

We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Your messages are encrypted and automatically deleted after 15 days.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or government ID numbers) with Eliana.

Eliana is an AI system. While she is designed to be empathetic and thoughtful, she is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or crisis counselor. She should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health support.

Eliana's responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We are continuously working to improve the system, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any response.

All content, design, code, and intellectual property on tiferets.com — including Eliana's architecture, personality model, and interface — is owned by Tiferet Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

The Eliana personality model and cognitive architecture are the result of significant original research and development by the Tiferet Labs team.

We aim to keep tiferets.com available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control (such as third-party API outages).

We are a small independent team. During periods of high demand or budget constraints, we may temporarily reduce service availability to maintain quality for existing users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiferet Labs disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiferet Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, as we currently have no paid plans, means zero).

You may stop using our services at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at ezaz.ruxu@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the platform or email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
